Children with absent fathers are hurting. Boys, especially, have a great need to connect with their father, yet oftentimes they internalize their thoughts and feelings about him.
Thoughts and Feelings About My Father allows young men to use writing as an outlet in which to express themselves healthily. The first 15 days of the journal is focused on reflection and the latter part of the journal is focused on healing.
This journal is meant to be used consecutively for 30 days. However, the journal keeper is encouraged to take their time and go at their own pace. There is no rush. Take the journey one day at a time! Each day is an opportunity to reflect and heal.
Bonus writing prompts, motivational quotes, and long-term S.M.A.R.T. goal setting activities are also included in this journal! This journal is ideal for young men ages 11-17. Ideal for mentor programs, boys’ clubs, church youth programs, your sons, and other young men in your life.
